Alejandra prepares and files monthly Value Added Tax and Income Tax statements, transactional annexes, and dividends and shareholders annexes, as well as tax compliance reports. She also prepares payroll reports and financial statements.
Prior to joining the firm, Alejandra worked as an accountant for four years in a renowned international accounting, tax, corporate and labor consulting firm, and was responsible for ten service, telecommunications and marketing companies. She managed accounts receivable and accounts payable, prepared monthly cash flows, performed monthly closings, performed account analyses, prepared financial statements with their annexes, annual closings, tax reconciliations, prepared monthly taxes and tax planning, prepared and filed information to different entities: Internal Revenue Service, Superintendence of Companies, ARCOTEL, municipalities, the Ecuadorian Institute of Social Security and the SUT.
