Daniel has four years of experience in Litigation, especially in Civil and Labor Contractual matters. In these branches, he has primarily focused on leading judicial, arbitration and mediation processes, drafting and answering claims, filing horizontal and vertical appeals, preparing briefs, drafting civil and labor contracts, as well as contract addenda in both areas, preparing and sharing Internal Work Regulations for different companies, and other civil and labor procedures.
