Experience

She was part of the Ecuadorian project for the exchange of information under the standards of the Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for tax purposes of the -OECD-, within the Internal Revenue Service where she was an official for 7 years, developing tasks as secretary, analyst and legal specialist in the Review Appeals Unit and in the Department of Tax Regulations, both of the National Legal Directorate; and, in the Zonal Directorate 9 of the SRI as Fiscal Prosecutor, I defend the Tax Administration both in tax contentious challenge actions, and in actions of jurisdictional guarantees.

She participated in the elaboration, debate and approval of urgent economic laws; and, of the Convention of Mutual Administrative Assistance in Fiscal Matters in the National Assembly. She has preparation in information exchange processes upon request and automatically, thanks to her participation in seminars and international conventions given by the Inter-American Center of Tax Administrations -CIAT-, and by the Global Forum on Fiscal Transparency of the OECD.

• Participation in Joint Beneficial Ownership and EOIR Training, by the Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), Buenos Aires – Argentina.
• Participation in the Course on Information Exchange – 8th Edition organized by the Inter-American Center of Tax Administrations (CIAT), Panama-Panama.
• She was a trainer of officials of the Internal Revenue Service on the Final Beneficiary and training processes for the exchange of information upon request, for tax purposes.
• Trainer of private unions regarding the exchange of information for fiscal purposes, under international standards.
• Member of the Editorial Committee of the Digital Legal Magazine Sano Juicio ec.
