Diana works in accounting, payroll, taxation and compliance consulting and services, including submitting information to control entities. She prepares monthly Value Added Tax (VAT) returns, Income Tax (IR) returns, transactional annexes, tax compliance reports, payroll reports and financial statements.
Prior to joining the firm, Diana spent three years in a multinational firm and three years in a sales company in the pharmaceutical industry. She provided internal accounting, tax, corporate and labor consulting, and was in charge of the accounting for different commercial, shipping and services companies.
Diana has been involved in managing accounts receivable and payable, preparing monthly cash flow projections, inventories, monthly closings, account analyses, financial statements and their annexes, year-ends, tax reconciliation, monthly tax returns and tax planning, and preparing and submitting information to different entities, such as the Internal Revenue Service, the Superintendence of Companies, the Ecuadorian Institute of Social Security, and Ecuador’s Single Labor System.
