Fernando has 13 years of public and private experience in Civil, Labor, and Corporate litigation, as well as Labor Mediation and Dispute Resolution in collective bargaining agreements.
At the beginning of his career, he worked as a legal assistant in an external auditing firm where he was in charge of the corporate requirements of his clients in terms of capital increases, changes of denomination, accounting matters, and filing and providing advice on general balances.
Prior to joining Robalino Abogados, Fernando worked in the Provincial Office of the Judiciary Council in Guayas, first in the area of Human Resources in selection processes, and then in the Labor area where he was in charge of labor processes and individual labor claims.
