Galo has 12 years of professional experience in the field of public law, providing services involving legal sponsorship, public contracting, regulation and control, administrative procedures, and preparing bills, among others.
Prior to joining Robalino Abogados & Consultores, he worked as the general coordinator of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Public Health. Since 2010, he has held the following positions, among others: Director of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Sports; Legal Adviser in the Ministry of Justice, Human Rights and Worship; and Specialist Attorney at the former Superintendence of Banks and Insurance. He also assumed the functions of a senior attorney and later the O/C and O/S coordinator in Petroamazonas EP, Ecuador’s public oil company. He was also a legal adviser in the State Attorney General’s Office, coordinator of Data Regulation and Protection in the National Office of Public Data Records, and the National Deputy Director of the Public Data Registry.
