Gina is part of the Robalino corporate team in the city of Guayaquil. She advises local and multinational companies on corporate matters, preparing legal documents for general meetings and boards related to capital increases, mergers, and reactivations. Gina also has significant experience incorporating companies and other types of civil organizations, as well as managing corporate dissolutions and closures.
She has more than 15 years of experience in the public sector in the areas of public contracting, coercive processes, providing solutions to legal rebuttals and appeals involving corporate, insurance and stock market issues.
In addition, Gina was an advisor to the Superintendent of Companies, Securities and Insurance, where she handled claims related to company intervention, corporate fines, dissolutions, and corporate complaints, as well as other positions in legal departments in other public sector entities.
Gina previously worked as Legal Director in the Coordinating Ministry of Production where she monitored contractual legality, ministry agreements, and cooperation agreements. She was also responsible for the planning and organization of the Sectoral Production Councils.
