Experience

Jorge is an Associate of ROBALINO Abogados y Consultores. He primarily focuses on Competition, Corporate and Business Law. He also provides support on international arbitration matters.

He gained significant experience in Competition Law as a junior lawyer in recognized firms in Quito and as an analyst for the Superintendence of Market Power Control.

In addition, Jorge is a compliance officer certified by the World Compliance Association, and is responsible for structuring compliance programs for free competition matters.
