Maria Paula is an associate at Robalino Abogados, and a member of the Data Protection and Intellectual Property team. She primarily focuses on projects for implementing regulations related to the protection of personal data and providing legal advice to local and multinational companies.
Prior to joining the firm, Maria Paula worked as a teaching assistant and research assistant in international law, human rights and international humanitarian law.
She did her internship at the Free Legal Clinic of Universidad San Francisco de Quito, where her main activities focused on overseeing legal and mediation processes, drafting briefs and drafting lawsuits in civil and family matters.
