Monserrat has more than seven years of experience in immigration, and has a wealth of knowledge of the processes and an in-depth understanding of immigration regulations in Ecuador. She also actively advises clients on corporate and commercial matters.
Prior to joining ROBALINO Abogados, Monserrat gained invaluable work experience in multiple areas – she was a legal assistant in different reputable Ecuadorian law firms, and in 2012 she held pre-professional internships in Mediation area of the pro bono legal offices of the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Ecuador.
She is also very knowledgeable of Corporate Law and the corporate field in general. Monserrat has participated in complex corporate processes, such as mergers, spin-offs and capital reduction procedures.
