For more than three years, Pablo worked in multiple law firms specializing in corporate and commercial law, focusing primarily on Corporate Law where he gained significant knowledge in the incorporation of civil and commercial companies, reviewing and preparing corporate records and ledgers, mergers, reactivations, name changes, capital increases, transfers of shares and stocks, abbreviated voluntary dissolution processes, managing corporate complaints, participating in company interventions, and advice on corporate governance structuring.
Pablo provided legal sponsorship to local and foreign companies in the review, advice and preparation of commercial leasing contracts, commercial trusts, cooperation and franchising contracts, contracts for public events and confidentiality agreements.
His pre-professional practices were carried out in the Labor Chamber of the North Judicial Court in Quito in 2021.
