Skary worked as an attorney for the Judicature Council, where he provided legal defense for the agency, both for court and out-of-court matters in the areas of administrative law, government procurement, and constitutional law, as well as in dealing with and resolving administrative claims.
Additionally, he was Legal Advisor to the Vice Ministry of Educational Management at the Ministry of Education, as well as attorney for the National Directorate of Government Procurement.
He also worked as Legal Coordinator for a nationally and internationally recognized financial institution.
