At Robalino Abogados, Thais is part of the Corporate and Investment team, where she primarily focuses on corporate and contractual matters.
Prior to joining the Firm, she worked in the legal department of multiple companies in the industrial sector, where she sponsored them in legal constitutional, labor and administrative processes.
Thais also worked in a renowned law firm in Guayaquil as a junior attorney, advising companies on labor, contractual and investment matters.
In the public sector, she worked as the Director of Investment Policies, participating in the approval process of several contracts between private investors and the Ecuadorian government. She was head of the Administrative Law & Sponsorship area in a public company and served as Municipal Commissioner in the Municipality of Guayaquil.
