ROBALINO has reached an institutional milestone by once again obtaining the international ISO 27001 certification – Information Security Management Systems, reaffirming its commitment to the highest global standards in information protection.

With this achievement, ROBALINO becomes the only multidisciplinary law firm in Ecuador to hold this certification and one of the few in Latin America to reach this level of maturity in comprehensive information security and privacy management.

The implementation of these standards has structurally strengthened internal controls, reduced risks associated with unauthorized access and potential information leaks, and reinforced a cross‑organizational security culture that involves the entire firm and its technological platforms. The scope of the certification covers the Firm’s legal and consulting service delivery processes.

Recognizing that clients’ information is one of its most sensitive assets, ROBALINO began several years ago a sustained effort to design, implement, and maintain an Information Security and Privacy Management System aligned with leading international practices. This progress has been possible thanks to the adoption of policies, procedures, and technical and administrative controls, as well as the ongoing coordinated work of all Firm teams.

The renewal of this certification demonstrates ROBALINO’s continued commitment to strengthening and perfecting its systems with the goal of ensuring the protection of its clients’ information.
