SUT Information Reminder

On November 11, 2025, the Ministry of Labor informed that employers must regularize, by December 31, 2025, all employment contracts and termination records that are pending registration or legalization in the Unified Labor System (SUT).

Scope of the reminder:

The obligation applies to all labor information that appears as pending within the platform, including employment contracts and termination records that have not been registered or duly filed.

Once the indicated deadline has passed, the system will not allow the registration of new information or the modification of employer data until the pending process has been regularized.

Recommendation:

All employers are advised to access their user account on the SUT platform and verify the status of their procedures.
