News Alert: List of subheadings not subject to the payment of the 100% customs security fee

The National Customs Service of Ecuador, in compliance with the provisions of the First General Provision of Resolution No. SENAE-SENAE-2026-0031-RE dated April 09, 2026, issued Bulletin No. 47-2026 dated April 14, 2026, communicating the list of subheadings that will not be subject to the payment of the 100% customs fee for imports from Colombia, which will come into effect as of May 01, 2026. The list of subheadings is related to oil, power generation, and related imports.
