Superintendence of Companies Extends Deadline for Submission of 2025 Financial Statements Until May 4, 2026

The Superintendence of Companies, Securities and Insurance issued Resolution No. SCVS-INPAI-2026-00009783, through which it establishes an extension for the submission of financial statements corresponding to fiscal year 2025, as well as related corporate documentation.

This measure applies to all companies subject to the authority’s control and extends the originally established deadline until Monday, May 4, 2026.

The decision was adopted considering the mandatory and non-recoverable national holiday decreed for Thursday, April 30, 2026, with the purpose of facilitating timely compliance with corporate obligations by companies.

It should be recalled that, in accordance with the Companies Law, within the first four months of the year, companies must submit, among other documents:

  • Complete financial statements, prepared in accordance with applicable regulations;
  • Reports from administrators and supervisory bodies (where applicable);
  • List of administrators, legal representatives, and partners or shareholders; and,
  • Additional information required by the Superintendence.

The resolution entered into force upon its issuance on April 29, 2026.
