The Ministry of Labor extends the deadline until November 30, 2026, for employers to report to that entity the execution of the training and awareness processes established in Articles 3 and 4 of the “Regulation to Operationalize the Equal Pay Act between Women and Men.”
The Ministry of Labor extends the deadline until November 30, 2026, for employers to report to that entity the execution of the training and awareness processes established in Articles 3 and 4 of the “Regulation to Operationalize the Equal Pay Act between Women and Men.”
The Ministry of Labor, through Ministerial Agreement No. MDT-2025-185 issued on November 18, 2025, added the transitory provision “FIFTH” to Ministerial Agreement No. MDT-2025-006, extending the deadline for employers to report to that entity the execution of training processes on “Labor rights of women and men,” “Gender equality,” “Eradication of violence and non-discrimination in a company or workplace,” and “Others related to establishing work of equal value”; and on awareness regarding the value of work from a perspective of gender equality and non-discrimination, until November 30, 2026.
Until the expiration of the deadline mentioned in the preceding paragraph, companies may report the certificates of the execution of all the above, in the corresponding modules that the Ministry of Labor assigns for this purpose.
