Through Bulletin No. 15-2016 dated January 29, 2026, the National Customs Service of Ecuador informed the list of subheadings related to petroleum imports and energy generation and related goods imported from Colombia that are not subject to the payment of the 30% customs control fee.

This list is issued in compliance with the First General Provision of Resolution No. SENAE-SENAE-2026-0006-RE dated January 24, 2026, through which a 30% customs control fee was established for imports originating from and coming from Colombia.
